Position: Indo-Chinese Chef 

Employer: GHQ Foods Ltd t/a Maida

Address: 32 West ferry Road, London E14 8LW

Location: Tower Hamlets, London

Experience: At least 2 years of working as an Indo-Chinese Chef

Salary: ranging from £28,000 to £31,000 plus seasonal bonus opportunity

Minimum salary guarantee: £28,000.00

Working days / hours: 38 to 42 hours within  5/6 days a week

Benefits & Entitlements: 28 days paid holiday, Chef’s uniform and meals on duty

Prospects: Salary review; promotion, recognition and reward for outstanding performance and commitment.

Duties:

Duties include planning menus, creating new recipes, preparation of complex traditional Indo - Chinese dishes, training and supervising kitchen staffs, inventory management, quality control, looking after hygiene standards, monitoring safety standards, good order of equipment and work areas, cost analysis and review,  preparing reports and schedules etc.

Position: Sous Chef

Employer: GHQ Foods Ltd t/a Maida

Location: Tower Hamlets, London

Experience: At least 2 years of working as a Sous Chef;

Salary: ranging from £27,000 to £30,000 plus seasonal bonus opportunity;

Minimum salary guarantee: £27,000.00

Working days / hours: 38 to 42 hours within 5/6 days a week

Benefits & Entitlements: 28 days paid holiday, meals on duty and other facilities

Prospects: Salary review; recognition and reward for outstanding performance and commitment

Duties:

Duties include directing the food preparation process and delegating tasks, Cooking and preparing high quality dishes, Assisting the head Chef to create menu items, recipes and develop dishes, Supervising all kitchen stations, Supervising, motivating and working closely with other Chefs of all levels.
